neexo provides visualization solutions for industry, including 3D rendering, interactive manuals, digital twins, and product configurators. Descriptions of services on the website are of a general nature. Specific terms for individual projects are agreed separately in written project contracts.
3. Project Agreements
Specific terms for delivery, pricing, timelines, deliverables, and acceptance criteria are agreed in individual project contracts. These website terms supplement, but do not replace, project-specific agreements. In the event of a conflict between these terms and a project contract, the project contract shall prevail.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, 3D models, animations, and software, is the property of neexo or used with permission and is protected by Danish and international copyright law. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or publication is prohibited. Rights to project deliverables are governed by the relevant project contract.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties undertake to treat information received in connection with project or business collaboration as confidential. The confidentiality obligation applies during the collaboration and for two years thereafter, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, already known to the recipient, or required to be disclosed by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
neexo provides the website "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We are not liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, data loss, business interruption, or loss of profit arising from use of the website. neexo's total liability in connection with the website shall not exceed DKK 10,000. This limitation of liability does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence.
7. Force Majeure
neexo is not liable for delays or failure to fulfil obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, lockouts, pandemics, power outages, internet connection failures, or acts of public authorities. The obligation is suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to use the website for illegal purposes or in a way that could damage, disable, or overload our systems. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, perform automated data harvesting (scraping), or use the content for training artificial intelligence without prior written permission.
